Replacement
01 Shortage lock Lock the occupation, site, and corridor. We map the hire to the legal pathway that actually exists for that assignment — not a generic vacancy poster. 02 Source & screen Origin-side search against the locked brief. Screening is for the occupation and the corridor, not a volume CV dump. 03 Documents Passport, medicals, police clearance, contracts, and any attestation the corridor requires. The file is complete before it is filed. 04 Visa / permit Submit to the competent authority and keep a status cadence the employer or agency can inspect. ISHC prepares; the state decides. 05 Arrival Travel, reception, and first-week desk readiness — so the worker is usable on site, not merely landed. 06 Attached HR Onboarding, payroll support, and the employment file stay with the worker after arrival. HR is a core line, not an afterthought. 07 Replacement A written replacement path if the worker cannot stay or does not fit. Terms live in the engagement letter. Step 01

Employers and agencies brief the trade, language, medical bars, and who holds local compliance. ISHC will refuse a file that has no lawful route.
