International Strategic Hiring Choices (LLC), or ISHC, is a Wyoming limited liability company. It's the party you contract with and the one accountable for delivery. Our work is done by our own people at our delivery centre in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We run in-house end-to-end. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, training, HR and account management all sit under one roof, so nothing gets passed to a sub-agent you've never met. For dedicated teams, our technology partner Xeres Tech handles the tech side behind ISHC. ISHC is run as an AI-native company: an AI operator runs our pipeline, matching and reporting, and our recruiters and reviewers deliver.
