Last updated: 20 September 2026. These are ISHC’s operational policies as we run the desk today. They are written as live terms. If counsel later issues a signed engagement letter or data-processing addendum that conflicts with a page, the signed document controls.
1. Roles
International Strategic Hiring Choices (“ISHC”). The US contracting entity is INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC HIRING CHOICES LLC, a Wyoming limited-liability company (EIN 37-2224642), correspondence 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Origin-side consultancy operations run from KA 27, Pragati Sarani (opposite Jamuna Future Park), Vatara, Dhaka-1229, Bangladesh.
When you (the employer or licensed agency) send candidate or worker data on your brief, you are the controller. ISHC processes that data on your documented instructions to source, screen, assemble a complete file, or run attached HR.
ISHC is the controller of website and Ask ISHC enquiry data, of our own staff data, and of records we must keep as a business.
2. Instructions we will follow
We process personal data only to deliver the scoped manpower or HR work: shortage lock, source and screen, documents, filing, arrival readiness, attached HR, and the written replacement path. We will not use a partner’s candidate list to market other products. AI automation is not an ISHC processing purpose.
3. Security
Files are treated as confidential operating records. Handling is ISO 27001-aligned as we operate today — access on a named-desk basis, encrypted transit where the tool allows it, and no public CV dumps. Quality-managed processes follow the ISO 9001 wording we already publish. We do not display ISO seals or a state-endorsement mark.
4. Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and email processors to host the site, deliver mail, and store working files. Ask ISHC uses a language-model provider to generate replies. Licensed local partners in a named corridor may receive the pack they need to hold receiving-side duty. We will name material sub-processors in the engagement or on request to the desk.
5. International transfers
Processing runs across the US correspondence entity, the Bangladesh desk, and the receiving corridor. For EEA data we use adequacy, standard contractual clauses, or another Article 46 mechanism, plus the access limits above.
6. Data-subject rights
If a worker or candidate writes ISHC about EU data you control, we will tell you promptly and assist so you can answer. We will not hide a request. Rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection are described on /privacy.
7. Breach
If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting your file we will notify you without undue delay, with the facts we have, so you can meet any 72-hour supervisory duty.
8. Return and deletion
When the engagement ends we return or delete the processing pack on your instruction, except copies we must keep for legal hold, permit audit, or the replacement window in the letter.
9. Ask ISHC and desk follow-up
Inbound from Ask ISHC, /contact, and /partners is handled by the ISHC desk. Ask ISHC is an AI chat, not a human. Internal routing does not change the controller/processor split above.
