Terms of use for int-shc.org and the ISHC desk.

How employers, licensed agencies, and visitors may use this site and what a conversation with ISHC does — and does not — promise.

Last updated: 20 September 2026. These are ISHC’s operational policies as we run the desk today. They are written as live terms. If counsel later issues a signed engagement letter or data-processing addendum that conflicts with a page, the signed document controls.

1. Who you are dealing with

International Strategic Hiring Choices (“ISHC”). The US contracting entity is INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC HIRING CHOICES LLC, a Wyoming limited-liability company (EIN 37-2224642), correspondence 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Origin-side consultancy operations run from KA 27, Pragati Sarani (opposite Jamuna Future Park), Vatara, Dhaka-1229, Bangladesh.

These Terms cover use of int-shc.org and enquiries sent to the desk. A paid placement or HR engagement is governed by the letter you sign. If that letter conflicts with these Terms, the letter wins for that engagement.

2. What ISHC offers

ISHC’s published offer is screened overseas crews and attached HR staffing. We do not offer AI automation, seat-BPO, or a mid-level recruiting product line on this site.

We prepare files. Competent authorities decide work permits and visas. Licensed local partners hold receiving-side duties where the law requires it.

3. Using this website

You agree to:

  • Use the site for lawful workforce or HR enquiries.
  • Not scrape, overload, or probe the forms.
  • Not present Ask ISHC as a live human or as a guarantee of a permit.
  • Not upload data you have no right to send.

4. Enquiries and Ask ISHC

Forms and Ask ISHC (AI chat plus optional desk handoff) capture a brief so the ISHC desk can reply by email. Sending a message does not create a placement contract, a reserved headcount, or a visa. We may decline a file that has no lawful route.

5. Information on the site

Copy describes our process and the figures we publish (500+ staff deployed, 100+ partners, operating since 2021, US / EU / South Asia). Corridor pages are deep-dives, not the edge of the map. We do not print unverifiable accuracy rates or a state-endorsement claim.

6. Intellectual property

The ISHC name, seal, and site content belong to ISHC or its licensors. You may not copy the partner-kit materials or reuse the seal without written leave.

7. Liability

The site is provided as published. To the extent the law allows, ISHC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site, or for a permit decision made by a state. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited (fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where that bar is unlawful).

For a signed engagement, the liability cap and replacement path live in that letter.

8. Governing law

Site use and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek relief where you are established. Bangladesh consultancy operations remain subject to the laws that apply to that office.
