Last updated: 20 September 2026. These are ISHC’s operational policies as we run the desk today. They are written as live terms. If counsel later issues a signed engagement letter or data-processing addendum that conflicts with a page, the signed document controls.
1. Who is the controller
International Strategic Hiring Choices (“ISHC”). The US contracting entity is INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC HIRING CHOICES LLC, a Wyoming limited-liability company (EIN 37-2224642), correspondence 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Origin-side consultancy operations run from KA 27, Pragati Sarani (opposite Jamuna Future Park), Vatara, Dhaka-1229, Bangladesh.
ISHC is a manpower and HR house only: screened overseas crews and attached HR staffing. We do not sell AI automation or seat-BPO products on this site.
For website enquiries and Ask ISHC chat leads, ISHC is the controller. For candidate files we run on an employer’s or licensed agency’s written brief, ISHC is usually a processor or joint controller as set out on /gdpr and in the engagement letter.
2. Categories of data
We process only what the file needs:
- Identity and contact: name, work email, phone, organisation, role, and the corridor you name.
- Enquiry content: intent, occupation, volume, and the message you send through /contact, /partners, or Ask ISHC (including the chat transcript when you ask for a person or close a started conversation).
- Candidate file (when a hire is opened): passport and identity copies, CVs, screening notes, medicals and police clearances the corridor requires, contracts, and travel or arrival notes.
- HR file (when HR is attached): onboarding packs, attendance hand-off, payroll-support records, and variations.
- Technical: IP address, user-agent, language cookie, and server logs needed to run int-shc.org. See /cookies.
3. Purposes
We use personal data to:
- Reply to an employer, agency, or candidate enquiry and qualify a workforce or HR brief.
- Prepare a complete file and submit it to the competent authority when the lawful route exists.
- Run attached HR — onboarding, payroll support, documentation, lifecycle — when that line is scoped.
- Keep a written replacement path and an inspectable status cadence.
- Meet legal, tax, immigration-file, and accounting duties.
- Secure the site and prevent abuse of Ask ISHC and enquiry forms.
4. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR where they apply)
Where EU or UK personal data is involved, we rely on:
- Contract or steps prior to contract — to open or run a named engagement.
- Legitimate interests — to answer a business enquiry, keep a file inspectable, and protect the site, balanced against the person’s rights.
- Legal obligation — immigration, employment, tax, and record-keeping duties in the corridor.
- Consent — only where we ask for it (for example a non-essential cookie, if one is ever added).
- Special-category data (medicals, police clearance) only when needed for the corridor file, on the basis of employment/social-protection law or explicit consent recorded in the pack.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful website enquiries and Ask ISHC leads are kept only as long as needed to finish the conversation and any short statutory hold — typically up to 24 months, then deleted or archived to a minimal record.
Engagement and candidate files follow the contract and the corridor’s permit/HR retention duty. When the window ends we delete or return the pack unless the law requires a longer hold.
6. Your rights
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or to object to legitimate-interest processing, and you may withdraw consent. You may complain to your supervisory authority. We will say if an exemption applies (for example a file the state still holds).
Write support@int-shc.org (hiring, HR, and partner files), office@int-shc.org (general desk), or ceo@int-shc.org (principal). US correspondence: us.operations@int-shc.org.
7. International transfers
Files move between the US correspondence entity, the Bangladesh operating desk, and the receiving corridor (EU and worldwide). When we transfer EU personal data outside the EEA we use an adequacy finding where one exists, or standard contractual clauses plus the measures in /gdpr.
Ask ISHC sends the chat text to a language-model provider so a reply can be generated. That provider processes the message for the reply only. It does not become a second ISHC desk.
10. Ask ISHC
Ask ISHC is a first-party AI chat on this site — not a human, not a contact card, and not a visa grant. It answers overseas-crew / HR questions and, when you ask for a person or close a started conversation, can send a transcript summary to support@int-shc.org and ceo@int-shc.org. A person replies by email.
11. How to reach the desk
Write support@int-shc.org (hiring, HR, and partner files), office@int-shc.org (general desk), or ceo@int-shc.org (principal). US correspondence: us.operations@int-shc.org.
