Last updated: 20 September 2026. These are ISHC’s operational policies as we run the desk today. They are written as live terms. If counsel later issues a signed engagement letter or data-processing addendum that conflicts with a page, the signed document controls.
1. Who sets cookies
International Strategic Hiring Choices (“ISHC”). The US contracting entity is INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC HIRING CHOICES LLC, a Wyoming limited-liability company (EIN 37-2224642), correspondence 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Origin-side consultancy operations run from KA 27, Pragati Sarani (opposite Jamuna Future Park), Vatara, Dhaka-1229, Bangladesh.

2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Similar storage (local storage) is treated the same way on this page.
3. Essential cookies we set
We set only what the site needs to run:
- NEXT_LOCALE — language for EN and the EU-language switcher. On a first visit we read the browser Accept-Language header (the same list as navigator.languages) and keep the best match we support; no match is English. A language you pick in the switcher overrides that auto choice. First-party. One year. Strictly necessary.
- NEXT_LOCALE_SOURCE — records whether the language was auto-detected or chosen by you, so a later browser-language change does not overwrite a manual pick. First-party. One year. Strictly necessary.
- ISHC_LOCALE / ISHC_LOCALE_SOURCE in local storage — the same preference if the cookie is cleared. Treated as similar storage, not a tracker.
- Security and load-balancer cookies that our host may set to deliver the page.
4. What we do not set by default
We do not set advertising, retargeting, or social pixels on this site. We do not sell cookie data. Because we do not set non-essential trackers by default, we do not show a cookie banner. If that changes, this page and a consent control will change first.
5. Server logs
The host records IP address, user-agent, path, and time to keep the site up and to investigate abuse. Logs are operational, not a marketing profile.
6. Third-party destinations
Links to GoodFirms, DesignRush, Corporate Vision, and corridor authorities leave int-shc.org. Those sites set their own cookies under their policies.
If NEXT_PUBLIC_CRISP_WEBSITE_ID or Tawk env vars are later enabled, those embeds set their own cookies. Until then Ask ISHC is our first-party AI chat.
7. How to control cookies
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Clearing NEXT_LOCALE without a saved manual choice in local storage returns you to browser-language detection (English if we have no match). Do-not-track signals are honoured in that we do not add extra trackers.
