What should an employer send in the first brief?
The occupation, the named site or corridor, volume, language and medical bars, and whether you are the receiving employer or a licensed local agency. Tell us who holds local compliance.
Can a licensed agency open a file?
Yes. You hold the client relationship and the receiving-side duty. ISHC is the origin-side partner: sourcing, screening, document readiness, and a status cadence. Start here or on the partners page.
How does screening start after we write?
We accept or refuse the conversation against the lawful route. If we proceed, screening is against the locked brief, not a volume CV dump. Unqualified files are withdrawn before the document pack is built.
How will timelines be reported?
As a status cadence on the live file. We do not quote a guaranteed day-count. The competent authority in that corridor sets the clock for any visa or work permit.
Who decides paperwork, permits, and visas?
ISHC prepares the worker file and the checklist you can audit. The competent authority decides the visa, work permit, or employment licence. We do not issue them.
