Before you travel
Pre-Departure Courses
Orientation while you are still in origin. The file, the journey, and the first days on site are stated before you leave.
Travel
How you move, what you carry, and who meets the arrival. ISHC states the plan on the file. We do not sell a visa. The competent authority decides the permit.
Workplace expectations
Hours, site rules, who you report to, and what ready-to-start means for the occupation that was locked before you were sourced.
Cultural readiness
How that workplace runs — time, communication, and living arrangements — for the corridor you are actually joining. One script is not pasted onto every country.
On the site
Basic Language Courses
Workplace language for the destination corridor. Enough to follow a supervisor, read a safety line, and handle the first days. The language is the one the receiving site uses.

ISHC does not publish a ladder of named diplomas, a priced catalogue, or a partner school on this page. If a corridor requires a specific exam, that requirement comes from the authority or the employer brief. We state it on the file. We do not invent it here.
The occupation
Skill Development Options
Job-ready skills for the overseas roles ISHC places. Trades, hospitality, care, and industrial work. The brief locks the occupation first. Readiness follows that occupation.
Trades
Site safety, tools, and the trade on the file — masonry, carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related site work. The occupation is locked before readiness starts.
Hospitality
Kitchen, service, housekeeping, and property standards a hotel or restaurant expects on arrival. The brief names the role. Readiness follows that role.
Care
Support caregiving, ward support, and elderly-care assistance. This is not a licence to practise as a doctor or a nurse. Care files open only when the occupation and the lawful route are confirmed.
Industrial
Packing, assembly, machine operation, and production work under the receiving site’s supervision. Factory readiness is the job on that line.
Agriculture, warehouse, and driver files ISHC already runs follow the same rule: readiness is scoped to the occupation on the file. There is no public fee schedule and no standing course catalogue.
