How employers hire construction, hospitality, and manufacturing crews.
Most ISHC briefs are not generic “staff.” They are a trade on a named site: welders and masons, kitchen and housekeeping, packing and machine operators. The route has to exist before the search starts.
International Strategic Hiring Choices
Construction and skilled trades
Masonry, carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing, painting, scaffolding, and related site trades. We source them when the corridor’s shortage practice and the employer brief allow that occupation.
The site conditions matter: height, tickets, language on the tools, and who supervises on day one. Those points belong in the first brief.
Hospitality
Kitchen, service, housekeeping, and property maintenance for hotels and restaurants. Malta’s hard-to-fill hospitality demand is a published corridor. Other EU sites follow the same file standard when the licence route exists.
We do not advertise a private ranking of shortage jobs. If the occupation cannot be licenced, the file stays closed.
Manufacturing and factory work
Packing, assembly, machine operation, garment, and general production roles where the receiving site can supervise from day one. Serbia’s industrial and logistics demand sits in this group, as do wider EU factory briefs.
Agricultural and food roles are opened only when that corridor’s route and the season actually require them.
From a role name to a placement
Lock the occupation. Screen in South Asia, usually from the Dhaka desk, including Bangladeshi workers. Build the complete document file. Report status while the competent authority decides. Land the worker with HR that can stay.
Sample cards on the jobs board are layout examples. They are not live vacancies. A live requisition names the occupation, the site, and the compliance holder.
Questions employers ask
Do you recruit executives for these industries?
The overseas workforce line is screened crews for construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and related site roles. Name the trade the site will supervise.
Can one employer hire across more than one trade?
Yes, if each occupation has a lawful route. Each trade is locked separately so the file matches the work, not a mixed list of CVs.
Which corridors are written up for these roles?
Serbia for industrial, construction, logistics, and hospitality. Malta for hospitality, care, and construction. Wider EU sites are opened from the markets page when the route exists.
Who approves the worker to start work?
The competent authority for that site, and the receiving employer who holds local duty. ISHC screens and prepares the file. ISHC does not issue the permit or the licence.
